What are the first steps to getting started?

Prior to an evaluation, intake paperwork must be completed. This includes an intro to the client, HIPAA, billing, and other possible questionnaires. These forms will be provided once the appointment has been set.

Do you take insurance?

We are a private (self) paying pediatric clinic. While we do not personally accept insurance, you are able to submit your notes/bills to insurance for an out of network reimbursment. Bills can also be paid with a health savings credit card.

Fees for sessions are due and payable at the time of service.

Where do appointments take place?

Our sessions can occur in private schools (during the school day), in your own home, and within our clinic. Each client and families needs are taken into consideration when finding the best location.

Will you accept an OT evaluation done at another clinic?

While this is a case by case situation, we are happy to review any evaluation that has been completed prior. Pending how long ago the evaluation was completed or if additional testing is needed would determine what is best.
